Not bad! Fast and games in 4k! Only had one issue.

Decided to write a review since it barely has any reviews but I got this computer and its pretty fast. Only problem was the Cpu was getting Temps of 80c+ all the way to 100c. I was gonna give it bad review because of this but everything else is working amazing. I went myself to best buy and bought xm70 corsair extreme performance thermal paste and reapplied it onto the AIO and cpu and now my Temps are in the 60s-70c which is normal Temps now. Also took off the front plate to allow more air into the computer. Case is horrible for air flow but once you take off the front plate. Temps for the gpu and cpu hover in the 60s. It's a very nice computer. Wouldve built my own but all pc parts are so expensive nowadays. I bought this and luckily only had to reapply thermal paste to it. I guess I can say I'm happy with it after the pass few weeks of having it.

Broke

This is my second CUK pc and I am pretty disappointed. I have only used it a short time, and my GPU is already dead. The pc boots but usually doesn’t get past bios before getting black screen. I’ve tried so much troubleshooting the last week. To no avail. They don’t seem to use quality products at all. Unfortunately I’m out the money I spent if I can’t get it covered by the GPU warranty. UPDATE***** CUK did provide good customer service for the most part and replaced the GPU as it was in fact, dead. Unfortunately I had to pay $100 for shipping it back to them. Still didnt really use quality products for the replacement either.

Used, doesn’t stay turned on, stuck on MSI loading screen, bought from Amazon.com LLC

The package came in great condition. Packing was well done. When I got the computer out of the packing, it looked used and there was some dust inside the case already. The front case fans looked roughed up already. The computer is plugged in to everything correctly. The first few times I turned it on, nothing came up on the display and when I press the power button, it turns on for a few seconds then turns off. I finally got something on the screen and it looks like the install of the OS was already corrupt. Then I turned it on again and it stuck on the MSI loading screen. I don’t know what I was thinking when I bought the PC from Amazon. Just build your own PC.
Low quality machine with a MSI label

I purchased the MSI Aegis RS 12TF-252US. I had seen all the reviews saying this line of computers from MSI was really low quality and frequently dead on arrival or soon after. It was on the top 10 list of DO NOT BUY gaming computers. But, it was cheap enough, so I took a chance. Bad decision. I am not employed in the computer manufacturing industry and I have no business association with MSI, other than paying money for their products. I will give some factual information in this review, and some conjecture on my part that might or might not have any basis in reality. This computer is allegedly assembled with "off the shelf" MSI components (graphics card, motherboard, fans, cooler, etc). I don't think so. I am guessing it's assembled with cheap replica parts of MSI components, authorized by MSI, maybe as a side venture, banking on their name and reputation. That's not a business decision that I would have made. I'm basing this on side by side comparison of the parts inside the case compared to real MSI individual components purchased at full retail price. Very similar, but not the same. It's as if MSI sent the specs for each component to some cut rate replica factory, you know, in that place where MADE IN CHINA stuff comes from, who then produced similar but not identical pieces using cheaper materials and labor. Again, I'm basing this on holding identical branded MSI parts side by side and comparing them. As for the assembled computer, the case is pretty cheap and flimsy looking, but it is functional. Same for the fans. Same for the keyboard and mouse. Same for the power supply. And so forth. The computer that I received, was incorrectly wired from the power supply, the VGA power was going to the CPU, and one of the GPU power cables was plugged into nothing. All the small wires like for fans and ARGB were randomly stuffed into the back side of the case. Generally it looked like a 12 year old had assembled the computer. Worst of all, the computer refused to start up out of the box, using Windows recovery tools it turned out the OS was not properly installed and there were bad sectors on the 2TB NVME drive, the only storage provided on this particular model. Ultimately, I just did a complete overhaul of the machine, assembling it correctly, replacing the bad NVME drive, obtaining a new copy of Windows from Microsoft, and so forth. Most customers would not be inclined to do this with a brand new computer. So my advice is the same as you will hear from many others - DO NOT BUY.
Very Fast

Product used for Internet Website maintenance. Very fast, with huge storage. Internal lighting is entertaining, but not necessary unless you want to show off your purchase to other buffs. But we don't. Multiple screen outputs: 4 DP ports, if you want to run four screens like a stock broker. One HDMI out. Nice package, quickly delivered. And well, securely packaged for shipment.

I purchased this PC during Black Friday week for $2,099.00 before tax which was a crazy good deal compared to other prebuilt PC's on the market with similar components. With that being said, its original price is outrageous at $3,451 when competitive price points would be between $2,500-$3,000 give or take. As for the PC itself, it is pretty great. It had great packaging so the PC was spotless when it arrived, the specs are just as the description says - except for the storage being really 3.66TB, not 4TB as the SSD comes with 1.86TB and the HDD has 1.8TB -, performance has been flawless at 4k settings, and its noise level is very subtle in my experience. I'm not a PC expert but in my personal experience, this PC has been performing very well. I'd also mention that the product comes with an MSI-branded keyboard and mouse so if you don't have one readily available they will suffice. Note that they're not of the best quality so I would recommend getting a dedicated quality keyboard and mouse, but nice to have them regardless.
