Philips Sonicare Diamond Clean Electric Toothbrush (Open Box)

I donated my 2018 Sonicare toothbrush because it was beginning to get glitchy so I purchased a new Sonicare toothbrush April 16, 2023. When the item arrived, it was in a plain brown box and not in the typical Philips Sonicare packaging. Approximately 90 days post purchase, the button to change the brushing settings and intensity stopped working and I would have to press the power button multiple times. I contacted the seller but was informed i had exceeded their warranty. I’m not sure whether I was sold a refurbished item or not but I was very disappointed.
