Great monitor for good price

I got this monitor because I had been using a basic video monitor with a small screen, and my baby started moving in his crib a lot and would end up at the top or bottom of the crib and I couldn’t see him. So the pan option on this camera is what I was going for. And it works perfectly… I can pan around the whole room if I want. It also came with a wall mount that I put up myself. The picture isn’t quite as clear as advertised but way better than what I had, and I can see my boy just fine. The size of the screen is great. And I wanted to point out the connection of the monitor to the base station in the picture as the camera is upstairs and base station downstairs. I’ve seen reviews for monitors with ppl having connectivity issues, but so far I’ve had no problem. ALSO I love the vox setting. I turn it on the medium setting, so if he makes small noises and puts himself back to sleep it doesn’t wake me up but if he is really upset- it will. Not having the monitor constantly on has let me get much more meaningful rest. I feel like before I was always anxious just waiting for him to cry- but now I know I can rest and it will turn on if he’s upset! Sorry for long review, but basically I think it’s a great monitor for a not so hefty price!

Absolute Worst Customer Support EVER

My monitor stopped being able to connect a week ago. It would connect I'd you were sitting right next to the camera but as soon as you got up and walked slightly away, it looses all connection. Contacted customer support via email that was on the monitor. They then asked for pictures and videos, proof of purchase, etc. After I sent that they said "oh no you have to contact this person." So contact that customer support email and they ask for all the same information. Well then I get passed to a different customer support email, and finally wind up back at THE SAME CUSTOMER SERVICE I CONTACTED THE FIRST TIME. Mind you, they only respond once a day anyway from 9 pm - 3 am. Never dealt with worst customer support. Ready to just chuck this thing at the wall and go with a different company who's willing to help their customers.
