Always great working on a MacBook. Photographer and designer so speed and simplicity is key. Wasn't prepared for only USBc connections so had to adjust, but that's fine.

Horrible service!

I’ve reached out twice to seller for information and still no response! The laptop was fine except when you try to watch videos. The screen is extremely dark even after trying to adjust the brightness. When trying to return the laptop I asked how they wanted me to reset the unit. Still no response! For that reason I’m not asking for a replacement. Poor customer service!
