I have a silicone spatula that has a removeable wooden handle. It's fine. But I always have to take it apart to clean it. This one is one piece. It's also strong, yet the tip is flexible enough to get into the corners of a saucepan. The dark grey color doesn't show stains.

OK, first I love the spatula. But I don’t know what happened. Now it taste awful. Whenever I cook something with a spatula, it taste like the spatula. A weird sweet aftertaste.
