This is a wonderful phone. I always wanted a small phone. This is renewed, but it’s like new. No scratches anywhere and the battery is 100% love it. Although it is perfect, I was going to return it because my husband is sick and can’t use his phone so I was going to take his phone and save on phone bills unfortunately when I got on here on 2 October, the phone had to be returned on 1 October so I missed a return date by one day. That is clearly a bummer.

Used, but not refurbished

Mine came from "Kiss Electronics NYC." Came intact and on-time for a good price. The device was properly wiped and packaged well enough. It's the quality I would expect from a used device, but certainly not a refurbished device. This device was not refurbished. Battery capacity is at 81%, so I'll have to replace it on my own one of these days. All of the cracks/crevices of the phone were dirty and there was even some muck on the flat parts of the outside. Worst of all, someone's SIM card was left in the phone, meaning I had their service, their number, and could intercept their messages and phone calls. That's unacceptable from a professional service.
