Cuisinart HB-800PCFR Hand Blender

I made the mistake of trusting a “refurbished” product and I won’t ever do that again.I’ve owned this Cuisinart Immersion Blender for years and decided to get a new one if the same model.I purchased this through Amazon, but it was a refurbished model sold from someone else.The actual blending is fine, but the problem is with the removal of the blender attachment from the handheld motor piece. To say that it’s difficult is an understatement. I’m a pretty strong individual and I FIGHT to get this thing off every single time. That’s totally unacceptable, high price aside; it shouldn’t happen no matter how expensive or not a product is.I definitely do not recommend this seller due to this not being addressed prior to posting for sale. This is such an obvious flaw that a toddler would have known about it, let alone a grown adult.
