Two Bad Units in a Row

I wish I could love this product. I ordered one and when it arrived the bulb didn’t work. Yes, the power was on, and yes I removed the lens cap. IT is part of my job, and we were looking to replace one of the old projectors we have. I returned it and Amazon sent me a replacement. It didn’t work either and had the exact same problem. Talked with Amazon support, they sent me to the seller. The seller sent me to the manufacturer. The manufacturer asked for a picture. I sent a pic showing the green power light was on, the lens cap removed, and no light from the machine. They then asked me to confirm it was on (green light), and if it was plugged in (green light). Then they told me to return it to Amazon. I really felt like it was a waste of my time, and the impression they don’t care to make sure you get a working unit. It also doesn’t leave me with the sense that it’s a quality product. My only option left with Amazon is to ask for a refund. So I think I will buy from someone else and hope they have a product that works.

Good value for the price

This thing is much better then I could have hoped for. The picture quality is excellent. The sound quality is very clear and can get quite loud. I have mine connected to a surround sound system. The picture is very bright! The throw is quite good. Approximately 10 foot away from wall or screen will give you a 100 inch picture. The picture is crystal clear! I have a 40 watt lamp in the room and have no problem watching a movie. I replaced a projector that I had which cost much more than this one because the old projector didn't have Wi-Fi. The picture quality with this projector blows my old and much more expensive projector's picture away! I tried to give you answers that I had questions about this projector before I bought it.
