Yealink MP58-WH-Teams IP Phone - Corded/Cordless - Corded - (Open Box)

Switching from a regular phone system to Teams calling in our office hasn't been without bumps in the road. I've had issues any time I've tried to add contacts to speed dial, and any time I've tried to transfer the call from the phone to my computer. I don't know if it's an issue with the phone or with teams itself. Also, the setup brochure that comes with it is basic, I had to find a better user manual online, which is not very helpful either when it comes to actual usage. If it's capable of doing things I'd like it to do, there's nothing that tells me so. Update March 2023 - This phone is on my last nerve. Doesn't work from time to time and have to unplug and plug back in to reboot (no reboot option that I can find). Drops calls but doesn't disconnect... just leaves you hanging. I'm FRUSTRATED!
