Siinsay 17" X 33" Heating Pad

I bought 2 of these recently. I order these about every 2 years because they wear out. I put a lot of hours on them. I reordered the same ones from my prior purchases. I don't know what they did differently, but these are terrible now. I haven't even used it for 5 hours, probably because it keeps shutting off. It works for about an hour and then the controller display starts fading/blinking and will not turn off or on. Just keeps a slow fading flash with the heat level number on the display. It will not heat up but shows like it is on. I am very disappointed with these. Of course they were out of a return window. I did not even use them during the return window. There is no way to contact the seller. I thought they were sold under a warranty, but I cannot find that information. I would not recommend purchasing these heating pads. It's a shame because the ones I bought from 2022 worked amazing.
