It’s very easy to carry, it’s small enough to fit under the seat for storage. I took a vacation to Yosemite and Sequoia National Park. One visitor who happened to park next to my car, his car didn’t start. So I pulled my handy dandy jumper, with in five minutes, since it was my first use, read the instructions; the car started right away . That family was saved of not paying a towing company. Not only that, there was no phone service in that area. It paid for itself.

Good for a short while...and then it dies.

We got this for my son while at college. He did charge it monthly and it never we completely discharged and was never even used. However after about 18 months, it would be down to 60% after a month. If he turned it on, he could actually see the charge percentage go down without being hooked up to anything. This is not a unit you want to rely upon. It is not safe, it is poor quality , and is a poor value based on the fact that it won't have sufficient charge when you actually need it.
