BAOVERI WT-UJX3-UR30 BAOVERI Electric Toothbrush

This item worked superbly for three month.. Yesterday morning it changed its pleasant buzzing vibration/sound for a weak continuous tweet like moan. After observation it was noticed that the vibrating/moving shaft was loose, somehow the brush head lost its axial alignment and was able to rotate ~10° to the right or left. Item thus is not able to work as intended after being in use since March the 1rst 2025 just (following manufacturer guidance to the letter) I know sometimes strange things just happen. My wife, after hearing me appraise this item quality and well performance purchased this same model and brand one week later...So far, it is running all right. All said, battery charge doesn't last as long as the 60 days claimed by the manufacturer. An inner plastic piece gets stuck around the vib/moving shaft when changing brush heads, pliers are needed to return said piece to the place where it belongs, the right orientation have to be taken in account for this piece to correctly fit inside the brush head mast. It could be an excellent product if it just last longer.
