I’ve had this product for 3 months now, and it’s honestly so good for the cost! It does what it needs to do, and prints clearly. I use it for poshmark, and I noticed you have to actually go in the printer settings and set it on the proper setting so that it prints the correct shape. For other things I have figured out how to change the setting so it prints very small and sideways, but the usps man still takes it so I’m not mad.

Can't print at 200dpi like advertised. Blurry labels.

I was really excited about getting a thermal label printer. Sadly though this isn't usable for my business. local and international labels come out blurry/unprinted on anything remotely small. Everything works how it should, except I had to turn the density(power) up to max to stop the labels from printing grey instead of black. Still the small txt is barely readable and fades in and out. I've tried other brands of thermal paper and cleaned the "print head" with qtip and isopropyl and it's still the same. I'll change my review if i'm contacted soon and the problem is fixed, Otherwise I'm going to refund and return this next week.
