Bed is excellent! We let it expand for the full 72 hours, but my partner thinks it didn't expand fully since it was in a mattress protector. It is firm, but as someone who prefers a soft mattress it is not TOO firm, which is nice. It's 12" at least, so thickness is spot on. The sides are a bit softer, so you will feel as though you may be sinking if sitting on the edge. We bought a metal frame with headboard to go with it and have yet to feel the reinforcement bars, so I consider this a win for the sale price!

This mattress is awful. Wish I hadn't purchased it. All edges sag. You can't sit on edge. I had to buy a bolster for the head of the bed, otherwise I feel like I'm sleeping with my head lower than my body. Super soft, won't hold up I'm certain. Regretful purchase. Gave it two stars cause it was cheap.
