After updating and installing, I ran Dell Diagnostics and discovered the Realtek Family Controller for the Network failed it's test, and while accessing the history of events logged at Dell I discovered the same test was run just 3 days before I received it and it had failed the same test, The unit has a big mark across the faceplate, it is 100% noticeable from across a basketball court it's that apparent. This is why you should return; the company and Amazon advertised this as being fully tested, only to discover it failed a test and they shipped it anyway disregarding the customer and their own pledges. I purchased almost the same system with an added G card for $100 less at an Amazon competitor. The cosmetic condition was marred and the system had a noted failure the seller disregarded, I simply returned it and now I question the legitimacy of the implied promises on Amazon regarding refurbished computers, enough I don't trust the sellersI filed a return 4-30 and today is 5-4, UPS picked this up and still has possession of it and has not delivered it, at 9:30am central time today Amazon tracking has it reported as leaving a UPS facility at 11:54am on 5-4 ?
