Nice Camera, even nicer service!

This is the second Bosma camera I have purchased since I loved the first one. I chose this as I didn’t need a pan/tilt feature as I needed to cover a smaller area. Installation was easy but I ran into a bit of an issue in adding the device on my app. I called the customer service line and I was greeted by this pleasant CSR. He was very patient and stepped me through the process. I was up and running in no time. The image quality was sharp. I don’t have to pay for a subscription as I get 12 hours cloud free. It’s all I needed. Great product!

IT doesn't work I try to get someone at Bosma to as a question but I wasn't able to get a life person.to that.
