I normally dont write reviews. However is there was a negative rating for this product I would have chosen that instead of 1 star. I bought this product because the previous rabbit product that I bought from Costco was not working well after 3 years. So I assumed that Rabbit was a good product. When I got the product I opened it and used it for 3 days after which the open button stopped working. I tried recharging it multiple times but it wouldnt work. So, I wanted to return it and the return policy says "all items must be returned unopened and sealed....." In addition I have to pay for the return, and there is a 20% restocking from the seller "Amazing Southern Bargains" will be charged PLUS a 50% restocking fee by Amazon. Not sure how a buyer would know if a product works without opening and by the time you pay 70% for restocking and return cost you will be out of the cost of the item. This is the 1st time in my many years buying on Amazon that I have seen such ridiculous return policies. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT FROM THIS SELLER - "AMAZING SOUTHERN BARGAINS". These folks are NOT AMAZING.

My old rabbit died! Yes, my other Rabbit gave out after many years of major use. I had to replace it, and looked at many other openers. Most worked well, but Rabbit worked better. I bought a new Rabbit, charged it up and said goodbye to my manual wine bottle opener. The cutter doesn't work well for my feeble hands, but I still had a cutter I could use to remove the cork cover. After that it was a breeze. Cheers!

We are avid wine drinkers and this set is great. The opener is so easy but the accessories are great too. The foil cutter works great and I love the stoppers that have a “pump” to take out the extra air.

I’ve had the one from Costco for years. Purchased through Amazon and no longer works. I’m of course out of return window. I guess I need to stick with companies that stand behind their products. Tried to contact, was told it was sold by someone else and to contact them. I did to no avail. Contact customer service, to which I went through the same process. Super bummed.

Got it for my wife for Christmas. I only use the opener and the bottle stops. The opener is fun, easy and impressive. Not sure if the bottle stop air sealer tool does anything, but maybe I’m not using it right. My wife thinks it works and seals off the bottle
