Do not purchase! This computer is defective. Has crashed from day one over and over , now won’t fire up no matter how many times we restore and trouble shoot. Complete scam to sell dysfunctional computers claiming they’re mint, refurbished without problems. Amazon needs to get involved in this scam and shut it down so more people aren’t ripped off. Very upset , i should’ve spent a little more and just got a brand new compute.
