Sun Joe 2050 Max PSI High Pressure Washer (Open Box)

Easy to put together, but didn't work. I will be submitting a warranty claim and updating my review once it's fixed and works. Edit 14 Jun 2023: I followed through with the warranty claim. The rep I "chatted" with said the one I bought was on back order so I would have to wait for it to be in stock again - which is unknown at this time. That was non-sense so I said something along the lines of "I paid for and received a broken product. I'm submitting a warranty claim to give your company a second chance instead of just doing a refund, and you're asking me to wait an indeterminate amount of time for you to fix this?? Why shouldn't I just refund and try another company?" They immediately offered a slightly different model, the SPX2599-MAX. I immediately boxed up my broken unit and took it to UPS with the label they emailed me. I received my replacement 9 days later. I assembled it and followed the first use instructions. The water pressure was pretty weak and as soon as I let go of the trigger to turn it "off" the same thing broke that broke on the previous unit. This one also started leaking where the hose connects to the spray wand. All the leaks are shown in the video. I read other reviews saying this is junk, and it leaks, it's poor quality, etc. I went into this purchase knowing there was a chance that those reviews were just some bad luck and poor attention to detail. Turns out this really is junk. I will be returning this and following up with Sun Joe again to express my frustrations.
