This matress pad is amazing! I have been using biddeford heating pads for well over a decade now and will not use any other company. I highly recommend it. The level of heat is amazing. It stay nice and toasty for SEVERAL hours and all through the night. it warms up very quickly. The dual control is a must for 2 people in the bed so both people can set thier own levels of comfort! if you live in a region that has very cold weather BUY THIS as it will help you sleep so well on cold winter nights.

Do not buy!

I’d give 0 stars if I could. We have bought other Biddeford products and loved them, so felt confident buying another. However, it is apparent that purchasing this mattress pad was a big mistake! We purchased it at the end of October. By mid December it stoped working. Less than 2 months in, the control box stopped working all together. I reached out to the seller, but since it was more than 30 days out, they offered no help. I was annoyed, but wasn’t too worried because of the the warranty that came from Biddeford, though, right? Wrong. There is no way to contact the company. First off, the QR code they provide for the warranty registration comes up with “error” so you have to mail in the little card that came with the product (which does not even ask for any specific product information so already sketchy). Try to call the number provided? It takes you to some Medicare information system and no matter how many options I chose, I was unable to talk to anyone and eventually gave up since none of the recorded information related to Biddeford anyway. I tried looking on the internet although I can’t find anything about the company selling, others with similar issues say that apparently they sold the company but there is not information about who they sold to other than it’s the company that made the controllers. But again, no contact info. Several people online who had tried to contact the company ran into the same problem of the inability to get in contact with anyone. (Biddeford does have a website and what appears to be a “contact us” page but it does not contact them. Or if it does, no one ever responds! I even contacted the BBB and I just got word back today that they, too, were unable to get any feedback. In short: DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT—or anything else from Biddeford. If the seller is unable to help (and they didn’t help for me) then you are out the money and seemingly no recourse even though there is supposed to be a 5 yr warranty! Absolutely wasted money.
