High power docking station for upper end Dell laptops

This 'simplified' docking station provides a lot of power to your desk. Dual USB C connectors plug into the side-by-side USB C ports on your laptop, providing USB, Video and power (90w for non-Dell and up to 210w for Dell) to your laptop and leaving one USB C port free (on a modern 3-USB-C-port laptop. The dock itself provides 1 RJ-45 Network, 2 HDMI, 1 DisplayPort, 3 USB A and 2 USB C ports. (one of each type of USB ports are on the front). The HDMI and DisplayPort connections support multiple monitors at resolutions up to 4k or a single monitor at 5k.

Docking Fan Failed

Bought it, plugged it all in. Works, but I get a "docking fan failed" message every time I restart the PC. Returned, hopefully the replacement doesn't have the same problem.
