Super comfortable arch support

This is my second pair of Hoka shoes and I continue to be a fan. They’re super comfortable and provide really good arch support. Great for walking or running! Plus, they’re cute!

No what I expected

I bought these shoes because I heard from others that they are very comfortable. They are very pricey $189.00. When they arrived I tried them on and when I walked in them just in my house I knew immediately they were not for me. Very uncomfortable I think it is because I have severe back and knee issues. Did send them back and was extremely disappointed in the customer service. Took almost 2 weeks to get a refund. They were not going to refund me the full amount because they claimed the co diction of the shoes were used!! I called an spoke to an operator I told them they are not used I never wore them. I did get my money refunded. After getting a nasty email that stated “To make you happy your money will be refunded!!”Product was ok the customer service has something to be desired. Would not recommend this company!
