Philips Norelco 9500 Rechargeable Wet & Dry Electric Shaver

I was surprised by how weak the motor sounded and felt. It seemed to cut reasonably well, however, the rotary blades are inset far enough into the rotary head that I felt prevented from getting as close to facial features and contours as I wanted to go. Normally I spend $70 - $80 on an electric razor. In this case I was unable to tell what I was spending $200. + for. The hygienic solution cleaning tub seemed problematic, almost a nuisance, and looked like it could quickly become very expensive, (the razor was always asking for it) The pressure touch sensor colored light feature seemed unnecessary to me. One can do the same just buy feel and taking care. Was that what I was paying for? The touch sensitivity indicator light? I always wondered about this more expensive class of electric razor. This one made me feel as if there was nothing really there. I may try again at some point, but I will have to do some careful research, do the work of that.
