Espresso Machine, 20Bar Compact (Open Box)

I read the reviews on tons of these machines as I’ve had the Mickey Mouse one you screw together and then whip your sugar. Did that twice and never again, Ha. So I wanted something easy but not the price of a used car , we are talking coffee right ? Well this thing looks sturdy , lights are kinda cool. I’ve used for a week and through many uses had other complaints in mind and they happened. Well guess what. OPERATOR ERROR!!! I was taught years ago when your not sure R. T. F. B. , which means READ THE “”””””” BOOK !! It does NOT have a water level sensor so if you run out of water you gotta start again to purge the air via hot water function , I’m ok without a sensor , less to break and less expense to keep affordable. Just look at the water level 🤷🏻‍♂️ Also I’ve seen cries about water left on grinds after use. Adjust your content of grinds , if you leave an air gap where do you think the water will go ? Don’t cry LEARN! Also seen a video of water leaking from grind lever as it’s dispensing. It’s up to YOU to clean gasket surface , get a visual underneath as grinds may stick to surface if you don’t fully fill. REMEMBER /\/\/\ this is a PRESSURE system NOT a drip as many are used to. Don’t be afraid to fill grinds and tamp , you can’t pack any more than the machine can handle. It likes it. Use a small loose bristle brush if you have to but make sure surface is clean and lever is LOCKED FULLY 90° Frothing wand MUST BE PURGED EVERY TIME WANT STEAM. Makes sense. Not too hard to rtfb and actually learn something before you trash a product and actually look like you NEVER DID!! All problems I read were either from not paying attention or operator error. Bought a cover as I have a cat and NO , everything does not taste better with cat hair in it 😹. Great product and seller don’t raise price cause I praise your product. Lol.
