It’s not new but you could’ve fooled me. Great product and works 100%

It’s not new but you could’ve fooled me. Other than the box not being sealed, it looks 100% new. No marks or signs it was used. Considering I got the white one, it’s hard to clean up and find previous used marks so I was surprised there wasn’t any signs of use. Only thing I found was that there was a small streak around the keyboards’ usbc port were someone plugged it in there and didn’t go straight in but other then that, nothing else. Looked all over including the felt material that the back of the iPad rest and it still looks perfect. Feels wonderful and great product. Considering how much this cost new and virtual no changes between keyboard generations, Idk why anyone would buy this new. Worth every penny for the refurbished one. Only grip is that it greatly increases the weight of the entire set up. The keyboard actually weighs more than then iPad Pro 12.9. It has to be or it will easily tip over due to the weight of the iPad. So it would be more then twice the weight although so keep that in mind when getting it. I have and use iPad Pro 12.9 fifth gen with M1 chip if anyone wanted to know.

Minus the fact this was shipped in just the Apple box and arrived looking like it had been run over, I had to order a replacement because it also didn’t comes with a USB cable AS ADVERTISED. The second one was shipped the same way, without a box, and arrived in better condition, but also does not have the USB cable. For the price I won’t complain, but don’t advertise it. The first one looked a bit roughed up when I opened the box and I think it happened due to the way it was shipped. My second one at least had some protection in the box. It looks like everyone is getting their keyboards like this. The item so far seems to work great! So, that’s all that’s really necessary and I’ll be keeping to better looking one, but it would be nice to see a bit more care given to these and buyers privacy. I’ll give the product itself 5-stars, but it’s not a 5-star execution and doesn’t come with a USB cable as mentioned in the listing.
