Thera|Care Non-Slip Bath Mat

This mat does reduce potential slippage compared to the floor of a bathtub alone, but not nearly as well as some competitors. The top is only lightly textured between the humps for each suction cup; each of those humps is smooth and slippery when wet/soapy, limiting the benefit. This one has much, much better suction cups, but Munchkin makes a mat that you're far less likely to slip on due to the aggressively-textured top and it's just half the price at the moment.Do note the instructions:1.) Wet the tub before 'installing' the mat or the suction cups won't work.2.) Step on every square inch to ensure the suction cups are stuck.3.) Remove the mat and dry it between showers or it may grow mold.
