I love my new chair, but the headrest just doesn't come far enough forward to fully support my neck. Thanks to this product, my home sitting experience is now perfect. The pillow, with its adjustable wrap-around wire tentacles, can be mounted very securely. And the black leathers (of the chair back and head pillow) match perfectly. So: comfy pillow, solid design, nice leather, I'm totally happy.

The headrest itself is comfortable, but it had a hard time staying in place using only the flex arms, at least on my chair.
