Missing a part

When I tried to assemble the vacuum head to the machine I found I was missing the locking ring that holds the head onto the machine. Without this critical part the vacuum head won't stay on the machine and thus, the vacuum is useless. Whoever "refurbished " this machine left a part out when it was shipped. I have requested either the locking ring or another vacuum head with all the necessary parts. Never again will I buy a "refurbished machine" over the internet.
