Osteo Bed Pillow for Neck Pain Relief

This pillow started out great. I was thrilled that I had found a pillow that actually worked to ease my neck pain. But a few months into ownership, the tension on button/snap in the center where your head goes was apparently too great (fabric too tight?) and began coming unsnapped. At first, with some effort, we were able to re-snap it but eventually, the fabric around the snap gave way creating a hole in the fabric where the snap once was. As a result, the center of the pillow where your head goes is not concave anymore making its neck support feature less effective. I don't know if my pillow was a just fluke or if this has happened to others and it is a design flaw. I am still sleeping on it, but it is not as comfortable as it was and I am afraid to order another because it may have the same issue.
