Levi's Men's Bubble Puffer Coat (Medium)

I purchased the Levi's Bubble Puffer jacket and unfortunately, quite dissatisfied with the product. Firstly, the color of the front tag I received is red, which differs from the product photos online. I have only worn the jacket once, and to my surprise, the first button lint coming out, and upon closer inspection, I discovered that the first button and the surface of the jacket have cracked, leading to this issue. I'm uncertain if this is genuinely a Levi's jacket, but regardless, I expected higher quality from Levi's outerwear. Would like to initiate a return process as the actual appearance of the jacket doesn't match the online photos, and the quality is subpar. Your prompt assistance in facilitating the return would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
