Pretty neat bag so far

I ordered these because they were removable and waterproof panniers. I had already installed an Ibera rear rack on my bike - these bags fit perfectly. The bags come with inserts for the mounting clips to accommodate different-sized rods from which the racks are made. I don't remember this being mentioned in the description but is very handy. They can fit those smaller rods and the larger rods (like on the Rad eBike racks) that make up the rack. The material is very nicely finished and the overall bag seems quite well made. It isn't super heavy material, but that is likely a tradeoff to keep the weight down. Not mentioned in the description is the cool removable organizer that is inside. It has a laptop section and a couple of storage pouches on the organizer. It uses velcro to attach to the inside of the pack keeping it upright - perpendicular to the ground. It fit my MacBookPro 15" easily. I bought two of these, so locks go in one organizer and laptop in the other. The ease that these go on and off of the bike is pretty amazing. I've never used removable panniers like these before and I'm really starting to like the ease of configuring the load. I hauled 12 lbs of potatoes (plus my U-Lock and cables) in one side with no problem. (decided to grab potatoes since we were near the store. The carry strap was nice, I threw my helmet in the bag and carried the bag around in the store. I'm a big guy and the strap was plenty long to go cross body and keep the bag out of the way. Since the pannier clips off so darn easily, I'll probably plan to use it when I go to the store (any store) to put purchases in there. A couple of weeks ago I hauled a 5" bench vise home on my Ibera rack on the back - although I wouldn't use these to haul a bench vise around. So I think that you could load up your panniers inside the store (after paying for everything of course) and have them ready to put on your bike when you get out there. Beats trying to load that stuff in the heat. :-)
