I ordered a pair of On sneakers, and unfortunately, the right sneaker has a very noticeable defect right across the top. It looks like either a manufacturing flaw or a result of improper storage. Definitely not acceptable. To make matters worse, these weren’t shipped via Amazon Prime, so I paid extra for shipping.
