A GREAT DEAL!

I love MacBook's but in this economy, who can afford a brand new one? I bought this, kind of skeptical because I NEVER buy refurbished or renewed items, but it has worked lovely so far! Never had an issue. Besides the few little knicks and scratches (which is bound to happen anyway) everything is perfect. The battery life is good, the computer runs smoothly, not over heating or none of that. If you are looking at this, go for it! There is a 90 return policy, unless it has changed, and that is a very good amount of time to test it and make sure everything is working fine.

Disappointed
By Lexi Estell on Reviewed in the United States on October 19, 2022
I purchased this laptop with great expectations, as I was upgrading from a 2008 MacBook Air. However, upon receiving I was greatly disappointed. I was unable to complete the initial set-up process the issues were so bad and ended up returning ASAP. 1. The keyboard was non-functional. I was wondering why the WIFI password was rejecting, finally after hitting skip, and going to next section in set-up I was able to see the keys I were hitting weren't registering on the screen. I had to press several times and extremely hard to get them to register. 2. The laptop (keep in mind this is just for the initial set up process) kept freezing. On top of struggling through the keyboard malfunction I had to manually restart the laptop 4 times as it was freezing the set up process, making me unable to use the laptop at all. That being said... The return was an annoying process, but they made it decent enough, and this was for a refund, as there was no option for a new laptop. I had to send them pictures of the laptop, serial number and submit to them. I had to repackage it up, write some code on it, then wait for them to send me a shipping label, print said shipping label, go to the shipping store to get a receipt of sending. After I had shipped they sent this "Once the device is received, it takes about 1-3 business days to process your return. By the 3rd business day a refund is issued by our team, due to bank processing time, this may take an additional 1-2 business days to reflect in your bank account." (A lot of waiting and effort) But return shipping was paid for and I did receive my full refund without any extra trouble from company.
