I want my Oreck

Everytime I use Riccar R17 I wish I had refurbished my Oreck, which I had for 17 years, paid 350 for it. This vacuum is awkward to use, ramming speed to get it over rug. Spits heavy debris out the back, so vacuuming over and over. Side vent does not do the job of edging and marks casing. The cord is light and gets in the way always. Bags are expensive and I have to work dog hair down into bag or there is a cave for dirt and hair to accumulate. The reason I bought was it's made in USA.
