Does not work properly

I've had nothing but issues with this product from day 1. We ordered it and it got lost in the mail. Called Amazon they did a replacement and now it does not work properly. The heat does not stay on and the flames are not noticeable! the worst product!! After all this i have to return and get a refund. Please do not order this product.
