So far this computer monitor is working out perfectly. The picture is clear and it does everything that is expected. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Received Dell re-packaged and new?

Ordered 3 new monitors and received 2 Dell sealed repackaged/openbox/refurb? monitors in huge boxes and one brand new one that came the next day. Not cool. The hub monitor came the same way.
