I build virtual tours for a living. Between Amazon and other stores, I’ve purchased over 30 of these cameras. By far the best image quality for a single shot 360 camera, even better than many that cost more.

Overpriced Garbage - DO NOT BUY

Plenty of other 360 cameras are half the price, do the same thing, and have better build quality. This camera looks and feels cheap, the app that controls it is terrible, battery life was literally going down 1% every few minutes just by trying to get it to connect to the app, which it wouldn't do. I could connect via the wifi settings menu on my phone no problem, but when you go to the app it makes you reconnect it and says it can't find the wifi, even though I was just on it. I followed every troubleshooting step, including updating firmware, and nothing worked.This camera is garbage and the engineers at Ricoh that build it should be ashamed of themselves. DO NOT BUYAlso...it takes over a month to get your money back when you return it. What a joke...
