Great Purchase

I've now had this refurbished phone for 2 years. It came in excellent condition, and I had no issues transferring all my info. It's in a decent case, but nothing special, and no screen protector. After multiple drops on carpet, and tile floors, still no damage. The phone is in use, pretty much 24/7 with photos, email, text, SM, and streaming services. It's even used overnight for sleep apps. No problems. I consider this a great purchase.

Inferior parts in refurbished phone

The first phone I got worked for a day before the digitizer went bad and the screen went black. Returned it and received a replacement. Now the replacements screen is showing signs of failure. It some times won't respond to touch and has a horizontal line that appears at random. Poor battery life is indicative of the original battery that came with the phone as well. The refurbished phones are refurbished with inferior parts. The last phone I had was the same model and lasted for 4 years. I will be returning this one as well for a refund as soon as my brand new samsung comes in the mail.
