New Balance Women's Roav V2 Sneaker (Open Box)

I followed the reviews and ordered these shoes a size larger and in a wide. I hate my toes being squishes, but these are way too big. They would be very comfortable, but I wore them to Physical Therapy and my Therapist actually said my shoes were a fall risk because I kept stepping on a shoe with my other foot and my feet slid around a lot, making me unstable. I think a good pair of insoles should solve the problem. I wear a size 8 in regular shoes but I buy 8s in athletic shoes to allow for socks and because my feet slide down and my toes get squished. I love how these shoes look and they felt very comfortable until I had to walk and move around a lot in Therapy. I buy my pants a size or two too big too because I hate things tight on my waist. That makes the legs extremely baggy too, and I trip on my pants legs, so my pants have been deemed a fall risk aa well. My Therapist has added "buying shoes and pants that fit" as one of my steps in treatment, lol. I wouldn't have wanted these shoes in an 8 because I think my toes would be miserable. But I did not need to order them in a wide. However, I do think proper insoles will be a solution. I am recovering from a stroke, so eliminating the potential for falls is imperative. The therapist would probably really lecture me if she saw my Amazon box jungle at home that I successfully navigate around.
