Incredibly Functional
By Shannon M on Reviewed in the United States on April 4, 2025
Should’ve bought this MONTHS ago. I’m currently studying for professional exams (6 total) and have been using my iPad + goodnotes app for note taking. It’s been great! But boy does this case add a level of efficiency I didn’t know could exist on an iPad. The trackpad is a game changer! It turns your iPad into a mini laptop and I’m able to use the trackpad for most functions and supplement with the Apple Pencil for diagrams, doodles, highlighting etc. the case is well made, sturdy, and seems like it would do a great job protecting the structure of the iPad. The kickstand works well and is flexible but not floppy which is great. I do like the keyboard being detachable as I also use my iPad for digital art and it’s quick and easy to switch between tablet/laptop modes. This is an excellent price point for the quality. I was looking at the tech type case previously and got nervous about bad reviews. I’m glad I shifted to a brand I know I can trust and purchased this instead.

Mixed Feelings
By Daniel on Reviewed in the United States on January 17, 2023
I purchased this keyboard/case combo to get the best of both worlds when traveling with my iPad Pro. The case feels well built. I don’t know much about the durability of the material used, but it seems solid. I also like how the keyboard snaps on to the case - it’s satisfying. What I didn’t expect and don’t like are a few things. This case is heavy. When I want to use the iPad like a tablet - it’s just not as convenient to use as it was before I put the case on it with its extra weight. I also think there could have been more attention to detail when it comes to opening the case with a Pencil attached. It just feels like I’m opening it at an awkward angle, wherever there’s a bit of space behind the pencil. The keyboard is ok and I like the amount of keys on it, however I don’t enjoy the stand. It acts like a kickstand, however I feel like I can never comfortably pull it back far enough on the first try. My iPad has tipped over because of it, and I haven’t been able to get the motion right on the first try yet. It’s also not something that I can keep stable on my lap, so I pretty much just use it on a flat desk. Overall the case looks nice, but I’m not sure if it accommodates my reason for owning an iPad. A light and convenient device to do 75% of what I need to do on a computer, anywhere. I found myself taking the case off and continuing to use my Apple folio most of the time. I may need to look at alternative options, however for the things this case does right - it may be a good value.
