These are very comfortable. I am on my feet all day and my feet didn’t hurt at the end of the day. Nice quality and these seem to be a little wider than normal athletic shoes, which is probably part of the comfort of these shoes.

That tongue, though!

These Altra's would be pretty close to my Altra Torin Plush sneaker that I purchased a few years ago with the exception of the tongue! Why would you make any sneaker with a hard tongue? They should be cushioned and soft for comfort. The tongue of these shoes literally dig into my leg and leave an indention that becomes quite painful unless I put a band-aid over the area while wearing them. Poor detail; otherwise love the shoe! Update: I finally had to cut part of the tongue away in order to wear these shoes. Now I have no problem with wearing them for a 12 hour shift.
