Most shoppers go straight to the 1-Star reviews before buying. So, I am placing my 5-Star rating of my Eufycam 2 Pro cameras and Doorbell-cameras here. There is NOTHING wrong or bad about these Eufy cameras. The problems come from people not taking the time to set them up properly! In the software-app for each camera you setup the motion sensor field(s) and the length of each recording.I added a 2tb micro-usb card to my Homebase and there is virtually NO limit on how much I can record.For $23 each, I added generic solar panels to the Eufycam 2 Pro cameras. They stay charged to 100% and I NEVER have to pull a camera to recharge them. (Just search Amazon for Eufy camera solar panels.)Honestly, these Eufy products are wonderful! I've had mine for two years with ZERO problems! I have one Homebase 2, five Eufycam 2 Pro cameras and three Doorbell cameras. You must have an existing wifi system because that is how the cameras connect to the Homebase unit. I have Google Fibre with measured wifi speeds always above 400mbps. I suspect a wifi speed much less would be fine.The best feature is that there is ZERO (NO, NONE) monthly operational fee with the Eufy cameras and homebase. Your Homebase "IS" your recorder and storage unit. This is NOT a cloud-based system! Hooray! Everything here is a one-time purchase price. That's it!Everything installs easily by following the step-by-step instructions in the Eufy App!Install the Homebase in your home. Initialize each camera to the Homebase (one at a time), charge the camera(s) and then mount them. Unless you add solar panels (I did for $23 each) you will need to pull and recharge your cameras when the batteries get low. Depending on your chosen settings that can be 3 to 6 months. I now only have to pull the Doorbell cameras because I have the solar panels attached to each of my five Eufycam 2 Pro cameras.I REPEAT...I ACTUALLY GIVE 5-STARS TO THESE EUFY CAMERAS!
