ILOVE this machine! It’s easy to use. Doesn’t get hot on the outside. Gets to temp super fast. Cooks perfectly. Has preprogrammed settings for the thermometer feature which takes the guess work out of cooking and will stop cooking at the right time to allow the food to continue cooking on its own to get up to the perfect temp. Just brilliant! They have thought of everything! I regularly cook entire meals in it with the veggies up top and meat below. The hen shown in the pic is 6.5 lbs and took less than an hour to cook. Get one! You won’t be disappointed

Faulty refurbished product with very poor support and return options.

Garbage. Skip this refurbished product and go new. Broken upon arrival, but took a bit to diagnose. Cooking was taking forever and dried out. So I measured it with a heath thermometer... Turns out it doesn't preheat properly. It beeps "preheated" at 130 degrees, not the target temp. 2 minutes to hit 130 3 minutes to hit 200 (1:30 after preheat beep) 6 minutes to hit 300 (4:30 after preheat beep) 7.75 minutes to hit 350 10 minutes to hit 400 12 minutes to hit 435 And a whopping 13 minutes to hit 450. It also appears 450 isn't 450. The thermometer kept going up. 14 minutes to 473, then it cooled down to 450. 23 degrees of fluctuation is wild! 16 minutes came back down to 455. Our old air fryer from ninja heated up way faster and preheat only beeped when it was at temp :( So it functions after 16 minutes... It was also dented. Returns on this are a larger pain and I don't have the original box so I can't return it. Ninja support doesn't handle refurbished items and the support line for refurbished items is anwful and hasn't answered 3 calls with no way to leave a message. Worst purchase I've made on Amazon.
