What can I say about this , it totally transform the time for exercise on my own time, and when I feel k like it. It easy to install, and it seems quite sturdy. You may need a phone holder on the handle and if you don't a cadence meter already. It is ideal for where the weather extreme hot/cold and with heavy traffic.

Seems OK, but horrible directions

Inexcusably bad directions. How much would a larger printout have cost? The cost of one sheet of paper? How much trouble would it have been to write GOOD and COHERENT directions? Maybe a one-time expense of $100? Unbelievable...
