Sengled Colored Smart Light Bulbs

So I got this in promo with a 4th gen echo dot... I bought 3 of those promos... 1 for myself, one for my sister and my mother as a gift and they worked great... Easy configuration by just asking the echo to detect them, good brightness, different tones of white light and other colours. Then everything went south... My mother changed her internet provider, so I had to reconfig the echo dot, no problem there. But now the lights dont work, reconfig the has been impossible. The light dont respond. The process to placing the lights to pairing mode dont work (turning off/on 5 times then lights blink 3 times dont happend). I delete the lights from alexa app and when trying to find them echo does find them but they just dont respond. Now I went thru a power outage, and guess what, echo works fine but lights dont. I tried setting them to pair mode like the manual says, they blink 3 times bit they dont reconnect to the echo, if I ask it to find devices echo dont detect them even tho I already delecte them from mu devices. I tried with Amazon devices CS and amazon closed that division, their amazon devices dont know squad about hot to use the echo and smart devices any more. I tried calling singled CS and their answering macjine states that they are rearranging their automated system and cs dept sp theu can only respond emails. Bso no help with them neither. Is a shame that the bulbs actually are good and they consume 10w each but light the room up like a 150w would do back in the day. But if they get disconnected by any reason. Good luck reconnecting/resetting them up!
