I ordered this model of dock because it's what the IT guys used for my workstation setup. I wanted the same for my home office. This dock arrived quickly, just one day after I ordered it from Amazon. I plugged in two curved Dell gaming monitors, a mouse, keyboard and my personal laptop. Everything worked perfectly. Then I switched in my work laptop and it worked perfectly too. Plug and play, like hitting the easy button! Just what I needed.

Third WD19S purchased from Amazon and Dell, none of which WORK. I have another 2 at home, both issued by companies. One does not reliably operate its USB ports, the other is flawless. Picking a USB laptop dock is serious business, seems like there is a lot of bad product out there. Just have a look at the "refurbished" on Amazon and "used" on eBay to see what I mean. You stand a strong chance of getting something with some, majority, or critical functionality not working, and if you are lucky, you too can damage a monitor or two with your purchase. Save yourself the trouble and spend the money on name-branded products elsewhere, but the Dell WD19S, either direct or on Amazon, is not the product you want!
