NeuType Decorative Privacy Screen Divider

We received these in a timely matter, packaging in great condition. Easy to put together all parts included…but they didn’t work for the space we needed. We carefully packaged them back up, even counting the exact number of screws for each of the three purchased. We returned them to UPS as required, paid the 17.35 in postage and have never heard a thing. That was on April 8th. Estimated date of return was 4/11/22. After getting no help from Amazon we had to turn it over to our credit card company to intervene.
