Web cam is horrible

I was hoping the monitor would work well for zoom but The built in web cam is horrible. Very blurry and unusable. I tried downloading new drivers and connected it to a Lenovo Thinkpad and a Mac Book Pro... same result. I thought the first one was defective and had a replacement sent. Same result. The display resolution is vibrant but the web cam is awful.
