Absolutely love it. No signs of heat damage. It works so quick I did my hair in 3 minutes, and only needed to go over once. It makes my hair so silky and so straight and you can use it for alot of different things like curls.

first purchase of this item was 11/22. within a little over a month of use, the ‘red light of death’ appeared, which if you don’t know, that means the plates on the straightener would no longer heat up. after a refund, this item was repurchased on 1/23 because i liked the product otherwise and decided to give it another chance. 1 year later, the red light has appeared again, and the plates won’t heat up. considering the price of this product, this is unacceptable. if you decide to buy this, make sure to buy the product protection. i would not trust the quality of this product. very disappointed… a straightener should last longer than this :(
