JoyTutus Portable Refrigerator 12 Volts (Open Box)

I used this portable refrigerator for a little over a year and it start to freeze everything inside regardless of what temperature I set on the control panel. I contacted the seller for the product warranty, it has2 years warranty, and the first thing they predict was the control panel is broken so they sent me a new one, it didn't fix the problem. Then for the second time I contacted them, they think is the compressor so they sent me a new compressor, that didn't fix the problem either. Finally, they decide to send me a new refrigerator after I contacted them for the 3rd time. It took a while for them to finally honor the warranty of the product, but have to give credit where credit is due, they do honor their warranty and send a new fridge even though the process is lengthy. The fridge work great for the first year and I used it almost daily as I am an over the road truck driver. Overall, I recommend this product because it work great when it not malfunctions (good amount of space, cool down quick, keep things cool consistently, and low noise level), seller also stand behind their product and honor their warranty when there are problems occur.
